Senate Bill 88 Sex Abuse Claims
If Your Right to Sue Was Recently Restored, We Can Help
Starting January of 2022, survivors of child sexual abuse that was committed in or after 1960 will have a three-year window during which they can file lawsuits against their abusers and organizations that harbored them. Our team has supported SB 88 since it was in draft phase, and we are so pleased to see this important piece of legislation go into effect.
